🛒 How the Custom Portrait Plate Process Works:

1. Photo Request via selcuk@fesanart.com: I will reach out to you through selcuk@fesanart.com messages to kindly request the photo(s) you'd like me to work from.
2. Production Scheduling: After receiving your photo(s), I add your order to my production queue based on my current schedule and inform you of the estimated starting date.
3. Sketch Sharing: On the scheduled day, I begin with a preliminary sketch and send it to you for approval.
4. Painting Phase: Once you approve the sketch, I begin the hand-painting process.
5. Final Artwork Approval: After completing the painting, I will send you a photo of the final piece to ensure you are happy with it.
6. Protective Varnish: With your approval, I apply a protective coating to seal the artwork and guard it against natural elements.
7. Careful Packaging & Shipping: Once the varnish is fully dry, I proceed with secure packaging and ship your order.

🎁 Packaging & Shipping Protection
Packaging is a vital part of the preparation process—especially for a custom-made, one-of-a-kind portrait like yours. I understand that your order will travel a long way under potentially challenging shipping conditions, and I package each piece accordingly.

Your painted plate is wrapped securely using bubble-lined envelopes, shock-absorbing kraft paper in Z-fold, and foam chips to prevent any damage. It is then placed inside a gift-themed cardboard box and sealed with stretch nylon wrap for extra protection against external elements during transit.

Each package arrives beautifully gift-wrapped, just as shown in the listing photos—ready to delight the recipient upon opening.
